I downloaded GTA Vice City Stories rom and uploaded it on my IPhone 6s Plus exactly how u have explained. But when i run the game it, the app crashes.
i've done it all as followed but now when i launch the game on the PPSSPP app it just closes the App & it keeps doing it every time i try to launch the game, i've changed the date back at least 24 hours or more and still not working.
