About this video: This #Tutorial shows you exactly how to download and install shaders in Minecraft 1.13.1. From getting Optifine installed to download your shaders pack to getting shaders up and running in #Minecraft, this video shows you everything that you need to know in order to get #MinecraftShaders. So, let’s go ahead and get on into it!

Before you can even think about getting a shaders pack installed, you need to download and install Optifine 1.13.1. Optifine is super easy to install, and I show you everything that you’ll need to know to make sure Optifine works the first time you install it. For example, if you don’t have the ‘JavaTM Platform SE Binary’ option, I show you where to go download it in order to allow you to open up the Optifine installer.

Nevertheless, once you’ve got Optifine installed, you need to download your shaders pack. Above, I have a link to my favorite shaders pack – Sildurs Vibrant Shaders. I would suggest getting started with Sildurs shaders just to make sure everything works. After that, you can install other shaders packs using the exact same method that I show you in the video.

After your 1.13.1 shaders pack is downloaded, you need to get it installed. This is actually really, really easy. All you need to do is open up the Optifine 1.13.1 version of Minecraft, go into the options menu and then go to video settings. After that, you need to go to the ‘Shaders’ tab. In the bottom left of this screen, you will see an ‘open shaders packs folder’ button. Click that, and a folder will open. Drag your shaders pack into that folder, go back into Minecraft, select, and start playing. Congrats! You have shaders installed in Minecraft 1.13.1!

If this video helped you download and install 1.13.1 Minecraft shaders, please be sure to give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel if you haven’t already. It really helps me out, and it means a ton to me. Thank you very, very much in advance!
